| The apartment comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a separate dining area and large lounge with patio doors to the balcony.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bath and shower unit with folding shower screen. The main bathroom has under floor heating. The main bedroom has a King Size zipped bed which can be separated to form two full sized singles, if required. The headboard is on a rail and can be adjusted to suit. |

| The second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.
There is a centrally controlled air conditioning/heating unit with ventilation in all main rooms. There are flatscreen smart TV’s in the lounge and main bedroom which show the main english channels, a music centre and various board games are provided, together with a reasonable supply of books, in the unlikely event that indoor entertainment is required! Wireless Broadband is available for a small extra charge payable to the community, but let me know in advance if this is required. |
